General Provisions
1.1. These rules of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legally binding document between the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), which establishes the rights and obligations of the Parties.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or add to these Rules at any time. The Buyer will be informed of changes to the Rules on the website www.friendly.skin.

Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods on the online store www.friendly.skin, after reviewing these Rules.

Seller's Rights
3.1. In case of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.

3.2. If the Buyer attempts to damage the work, stability, and security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the online store without warning.

Seller's Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the online store services, which are governed by these Rules.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, based on the terms set forth in these purchase-sale Rules.

4.3. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement after notifying the Buyer. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid amount within 3 business days.

4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right under clause 5.2 of these Rules, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid amount within 5 (five) business days from the date of receiving the returned item.

4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund of the Buyer's payment until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Buyer's Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store according to these Rules.

5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement made on the online store www.friendly.skin by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.

5.3. The Buyer can exercise the right referred to in clause 5.2 only if the goods have not been damaged, their appearance has not significantly changed, and the goods have not been used.

Buyer's Obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods upon delivery without a valid reason, the Buyer must cover the cost of returning the goods at the Seller's request.

6.3. Upon delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the package and goods together with the Seller or the person delivering the package.

6.4. By using the online store www.friendly.skin, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these purchase-sale rules and must comply with them.

Goods Prices
7.1. The prices of goods on the www.friendly.skin online store are listed in euros. The prices include VAT. Once the order is confirmed, the delivery charge, if applicable, is added to the total cost of the goods.

Ordering and Payment for Goods
8.1. The Buyer selects their preferred goods in the online store and adds them to the shopping cart. After completing the shopping cart, the Buyer enters personal details necessary for order fulfillment, such as their name, address, phone number, and any additional information relevant to the delivery. The Buyer confirms that they have read these Rules and confirms the order.

8.2. Payments can be made using the electronic banking services of Swed, Seb, Luminor, Šiaulių, and Citadele banks. Payments are made in euros. Payments are processed using the Paysera payment platform.

Goods Delivery
9.1. The Buyer must specify the exact delivery address when ordering goods.

9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods, but the goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to raise complaints about the goods being delivered to an incorrect person.

9.3. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery terms specified in the goods descriptions.

9.4. All the features of the goods for sale are listed in the description next to each item. The Seller is not responsible if the color, shape, or other parameters of the goods in the online store do not match the actual size, shape, and color due to the characteristics of the Buyer's monitor.

9.5. If the Buyer cancels the purchase-sale agreement, the Buyer will be refunded the full amount paid, including any delivery charges.

Returns of Goods
10.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded according to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. The following conditions must be met when returning goods:

10.2.1. The returned goods must be in the original packaging (this does not apply if the goods are defective);

10.2.2. The goods must not be damaged by the Buyer;

10.2.3. The goods must be unused and retain their marketable appearance: labels intact, protective films unpeeled, etc. (this does not apply if the goods are defective);

10.2.4. The returned goods must be in the same configuration as they were received by the Buyer (this does not apply if the goods are defective). All gifts included with the purchased goods must be returned simultaneously;

10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the return conditions are not met;

10.2.6. Goods must be returned via the method specified by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt (this does not apply if the goods are defective – in such cases, the return is carried out during the legal warranty period);

10.3. The return and exchange of goods in good condition are carried out in accordance with Article 6.228-10 of the Civil Code;

10.4. Payments made for accepted goods that are later refused will be refunded to the Buyer's account no later than 5 (five) days from the day the goods are returned to the Seller, unless the Seller and Buyer agree otherwise.

Final Provisions
11.1. These Rules are based on the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. These Rules and the relationship between the Parties are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.3. Any disputes arising from the execution of these Rules will be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.4. The Parties are exempt from fulfilling their obligations under these Rules if they are unable to do so due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Parties' control (Force Majeure).
